Transition Planning Committee members are volunteers from educational institutions, service organizations, and local businesses. We meet monthly and communicate throughout the year to identify needs, goals, and interests of students with disabilities and their families. We identify and communicate services, information, and opportunities to guide and support advancement to self-sufficient adulthood.
