RAISE provides an opportunity for intellectually disabled students to attend Rock Valley College to obtain workplace and adult living skills in an inclusionary setting.

Funded in part by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), Northern Illinois Transition Planning is a collaboration between local and regional educators and community partners to identify unmet needs and provide information and opportunities to transition students with disabilities to self-sufficient adulthood.
